Consultation & Case Preparation.

When you need a trusted partner with knowledge and experience who strives for excellence, provides detailed reports and recommendations, and who can review and advise on a course of action.

CASE PREPARATION. Family Law, Civil, Criminal, Employment, Restraining Order, and Gun Violence Restraining Order cases often take a significant amount of time and preparation for mediation, court hearings, and trials. Attorneys have numerous cases that need their attention and all of those cases require evidence evaluation, corroboration, and conclusions before any recommendations for strategy or settlements can be made. We provide expert case review and investigation to help guide strategy.

Proving or disputing domestic violence in a relationship is increasingly important to child custody issues. We focus on what evidence applies to the realities of abuse allegations within an intimate partner relationship, as well as outline what further investigation may be necessary for a complete case evaluation. Our expert background in intimate partner violence cases and investigation provides the perfect partnership to attorneys working on these often extremely complicated and voluminous cases.

Understanding law enforcement policies and procedures is imperative for many court cases. We help attorneys request the correct documents, recognize institutional patterns and practices, and obtain a thorough picture of an entire incident or series of occurences.
